Soooo. Lots of attention this week. I feel the need to lighten the mood around here. All the tension in the comments section is going to give me wrinkles. Don't need that.
On Tuesday nights, we've been watching The Biggest Loser. Usually with a plate of brownies and a beer. The premise of the show is to see which of the rotund contestants can lose the most weight, while avoiding a Survivor-like elimination.
When it's time for the elimination, they solemnly sit at a table. Behind them are refrigerators with their favorite foods. One has cake and cookies. The other a pot roast and fries. The name that they have chosen for elimination is covered under a serving platter. The hostess of the show then says, "OK, guys. It's time to cut the fat." And then someone goes home.
I'm afraid that many people are watching the show for the 400 pound guy jiggling on the treadmill. I am watching the show because of the refrigerator prop.
