While Lolo Jones is not the most talented member of the US Olympic team, she has gotten a ton of press coverage, because she's a hottie. Dawn Harper is a better athlete, but has only received a fraction of the attention and endorsement deals.
Weirdly, the New York Times blames Lolo for this. Look at all the articles that they wrote about Jones. Since 2009, the NYT has only written ten articles that mention Dawn Harper's name.
